How do I get a doctor's note for work or school online?
Will my employer or school accept an online note?
The note is verifiable. It carries the provider's name, credentials, and signature, so your employer or school can confirm it directly. Certicare completes it to standard documentation requirements, but the final acceptance decision belongs to them.

Yes. Certicare is a telehealth service where a doctor's note is completed and signed by a state-licensed provider after an evaluation, usually within about an hour of your payment, once we have everything needed. Usually no appointment; a provider may follow up, or decide a note isn't appropriate. Payment does not guarantee a note.
Can I get a doctor's note without going to the doctor?
Usually, yes. You finish a short questionnaire from your phone, and a licensed provider reviews your answers and decides whether a note is appropriate. No waiting room, and usually no video call — a provider may follow up if they need more.
How fast can I get a doctor's note?
Usually within about an hour of your payment, once we have everything needed. If a provider needs more detail to finish, we'll email you.
